I have to leave my job due to disability
I work full time in abusy dental practice as receptionist /asst manager, due to my physical disabilities, I am no longer able to do my job efficiently. My employer is refusing to let me drop my hours saying that they can't accommodate me part time. I've offered them alternative solutions but they won't accept them. My specialist tells me I really need a break from work to rest, but I can't afford this as I am the main earner and have a 5 yr old son and mortgage to pay. Can anyone offer any advice.
