    Small salary. Push most of the compensation into targeted payments based on the number of sales and revenue generated. Make them independent contractors if possible.

    We give our sales people a base salary and 33% of the net profit, plus expenses and $500.00 per month to use their own car and we cover the gasoline and expenses.
