    Argument of monetary decision?
    Want to appeal a monetary decision by AZ State Banking Dept, not for me being in the wrong, however for the penalty.

    Hello a:

    Well, I'm not a guesser, and neither is the Commission.. If you just HOPE they'll reduce it without ANY evidence or argument that it was excessive or wrongfully imposed, then I'll say you have ZERO chance.
