    mathematics qquation
    a,b,c,d are for different whole numbers. If axc = axa, axb = b, a+c = d

    If a=4 what is the value of c? And how? (I know simple answer is 4) but wanted to confirm.

    Yep, divide both sides of the first equation by a. You are left with c = a.
