    It will depend on the product being sold. What you want to watch for is if your ratio is higher or lower than your industry standard. Too high may indicate your price is too low, to low a ratio may mean your price is too high. What products are you selling?

    Are you looking for the math?

    If so, divide the sales into the total calls and you will receive the percentage of sales to the calls.
