Do I have recourse for a travel nurse contract.
I signed a 13 week contract for start date 8/6/12. I then booked a vacation for before I start work. Now my travel nurse company is telling me the hospital needs me to start 8/1/12 or they will cancel. Can they do this?

The travel company has not offered at this point. I don't want to lose the contract but I also hate not being with my spouse on our anniversary- and my husbands 50'th birthday. If it comes down to that or losing the position I guess that would be an option if they are willing.
